The poor quality pet food companies are owned by huge conglomerates - well known names you see advertised all over the television and in magazine ads. They have to advertise like this because the products are so poor in quality,they would never sell themselves like the higher grade foods.
There are, however, smaller independently owned pet food companies, who put their money into quality ingredients and product development and not into huge advertising budgets. Their foods literally sell themselves by word of mouth and because they work... because they bring wellness and longevity to our companion animals.
When pet foods are not human grade, it means they are full of food colorings, enhancers, sugars, artificial preservatives, substandard fractionated grains and protein sources that are unfit for human consumption i.e.; road-kill, euthanized pets from shelters and the 4D meats; dead, diseased, disabled and dying-- these inferior ingredients are passed off into the pet food market. When pet foods are not human grade, they leave all kinds of toxins in the body.
Because most commercial pet foods regardless of quality, are stored or cooked, they often lack critical dietary enzymes (Nzymes). The purpose of dietary enzymes is to provide the necessary nutritional structure to the body, so it can cleanse itself of toxins. In short, in time your dogs digestive tract can be compromised by a poor quality diet.
Another issue is the improper use of antibiotics - either "over use" of them, or using them without using a probiotic "back up" at the same time.
Probiotics (beneficial bacteria like yogurt) keep the flora/fauna of the gut at good levels When this flora/fauna is killed off due to antibiotics, we must re-seed the gut with probiotics. If we don’t do this, guess what starts to grow out of control… the yeast/fungus which also lives in the gut and is just waiting for a chance to spring up like mushrooms after a spring rain! Probiotics keep fungus/yeast at lower levels. Antibiotics kill off both bad and good bacteria, but does not kill off fungus.

Most of the puppies I sell, are members of a smaller breed. Please spend a little bit more for a super high quality food for them. There is no way we would ever eat what is put in most commerical dog foods and included in that list is the dog food from most vets.
I say stop the insanity of poor food for our pets. Stop spending money on high vet bills from cheap food. Spend a little more on the best of the best food for our little loved ones and let them live a long healthy life. I know there is shipping. But if you have to drive to a pet store and pay taxes on top of that it's actually a better bargain having it delivered to your door. It's all high quality ingredients and no added fillers to make it look like your getting a bunch of puffed up empty nutritious food. The puppies can process all of the high quality food and there is less waste. This pet food was not in the dog food recall!

Please check out the treats they have for sale along with the canned food. They are just as good and I do use it here. Sometimes tiny puppies get stressed and it's always good to have a can of the food for them. I mix it with the dry food sometimes. Even a puppy that is not eating good will just gobble it up when I offer it to them.

And for goodness sake please don't feed your pets food with corn or soy in it. If you want to make a dog sterile then feed it soy. Both are genitic modified and cause havoc with both pets and humans. Tiny puppies organs are so small they can't take as much bad stuff as we can or the large breeds can.
